Mis-representations of the Therapy Agency

We've just had a concerning message forwarded on from member of the public, in relation to someone claiming to be a representative of The Therapy Agency:

> Date: Tue, 23 Jul 2013
> From:
> Name: Sarah Newell
> Email:
> :
> Comment: Good Evening
> Allow me to introduce my self, my name is Sarah and I work as a self employed researcher for The Therapy Agency.
> My role is to identify therapists claiming to work with skills that they do not hold. This is just an enquiry and if not can lead to prosecution under trade description act.
> My main area of concern is you offering physiology, this is a highly important qualification and from your treatment description it does not sound like you have any formal qualification.
> You need to email me your certificates in this area, you have 21 days from today before processing with the TA and Trade Description Act will take place.
> You also need to send copies of all other courses, I will be contacting the awarding bodies myself to check the qualifications you have stated.
> Kind Regards
> Sarah

However, this person has nothing to do with The Therapy Agency.  The grammar of their message is not complete.  What they describe is highly misleading and threatening.  They send their message from a @gmail account (not a genuine business domain name).  All in all, this message has nothing to do with The Therapy Agency.

Last day at the Therapy Agency

I have now spent 6 days with the Therapy Agency learning not only about aspects of marketing and PR but also about the organisation of the business itself. I have learnt about how blogs not only increase the detection of a business online, but also inform customers of the development and recent news about the company. I have also undertaken some market research on the use of occupational therapies within individual companies and have improved my telephone skills when calling businesses. The most important thing I have learnt during my time with the Therapy Agency, is that hard work and dedication put into a business is vital to its development. I hope to use the skills that I have learnt in a future career within marketing or PR in a large company.
I have enjoyed working with Jason Parlour and learning about his business and will use skills in the future.
